We had such a lovely time! Two thumbs and two paws up!!! 5 stars all around.I will definitely fly with you again, refer friends to you, and keep hoping you will fly into Denver soon, as I go there every summer with Sandor. The only nitpicky improvement would be to put less mayo in the chicken caesar sandwich!😁Joking aside, my request would be to have cheaper *local* taxi/limoreferrals - for example AMLimo in LA is very dog friendly and $115 for anairport pickup… flying BARK is definitely an expense, and your global partner, while global and nice, is way too expensive for me- for context, Ih ad to budget to fly with you, so then I don’t really want an overlyexpensive taxi if there are good alternatives. I would love some vetted, professional, safe (woman traveling in her own!) and affordable local options from you/your customers that isn't UberPets and that you can preschedule for pickup- this has honestly been my biggest stressor and painpoint in Colorado and NYC, and taken up so much research time to find a solution. I think this would be a big value-add for your customers and be seen as a goodwill gesture for people who are splurging to fly with you. 🤩Thank you,Alexa

We had a 5/5 star trip! I was expecting it to be fun, but the whole process was seamless and comfortable. Ashi had a great trip, and so did I! It was really evident that there’s a lot of emphasis on ensuring the pups have as good a time as they can - from arrival to landing it was so easy (and fun, and adorable!

Definitely a 5 star experience!Nina was afraid but it had nothing to do with BARK Air. I don't know what causes her anxiety but the staff onboard our fight really made in-roads to calming her (and me) down .I thank all of you for all your help navigating this stressful experience;from obtaining the correct documentation through the duration of the flight. Based on our experience, I'd say that BARK has a great team! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! Thank you for everything.

We had a great experience on bark air! Everything worked well. The pup meet and greet was very helpful as the pups got to feel each other out. The ride was perfect as both humans and dogs were cared for so well. Bella was medicated so she was calm for the smooth ride.

The flight from Teterboro to Madrid was a five star experience in every way!! Our flight concierge was amazing, thoughtful and eager to help when needed. We loved everything about it!

Absolutely five stars! Lovely air hostess, pilots and assistant catering to our pets every need. Met some great people and arrived rested and refreshed in Burbank. Looking forward to our return flight at the end of March!

We thought the entire experience was top notch from start to finish. Everything was first class too, and we especially appreciated the fact that the dogs were the most important customer. That was apparent from the beginning and it was really evident when we arrived at Teterboro on Wednesday night. I was shocked at how quiet all of the dogs were in flight. I suppose the meds they were probably all on helped, but other than our Leo barking during takeoff (he never liked earthquakes when we lived in California either!) it was smooth sailing.So we were quite pleased and clearly Leo & Stanley are in better health than if we had put them in a cargo hold. It was money well spent, that's for sure.

Flying with BarkAir felt like no other flying experience. We were moving from the USA to France and I didn’t want Campari’s first experience on a plane to be one where he’s crated and alive and afraid. The BarkAir experience was a polar opposite. From check in to prepare-for-landing, it’s all about the dogs, with many dog pampering surprises along the way. And humans were treated well too, the great menu, open bar, and morning cappuccino didn’t hurt. And the pre-flight support was also excellent. Biggest surprise was how not having media or magazines to kill time during the flight was no bother at all: there were dogs everywhere! What could be better than that? Campari and I can’t wait to do it again.
5 out of 5 stars. More if possible.
